Please note that the INFORMS Certification staff will be away December 20-January 5. No CAP-Expert or recertification applications will be reviewed during this time.

If you submit your recertification application during this period, please disregard any recertification reminders until we have the change to review your application in the new year.

System access requires a free INFORMS account (INFORMS membership not required). We use single sign on (SSO) using your INFORMS account to access your Prolydian profile.

Don't remember your INFORMS password? Please click on "INFORMS Member Login" button above and then click "Forgot your password" to request a reset link be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the link, please email informs@informs.org for assistance resetting your password.

Note: The Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP) certification will be discontinued in 2025.

   HOW TO START YOUR CAP-EXPERT APPLICATION

1.  Login using your INFORMS username and password 
   1. Need to Reset your INFORMS password
2. Go to Applications/My Applications 
3. Click the Apply Now button 
4. Select the CAP-Expert Exam Application 
5. Once approved you have 12-month eligibility to schedule and take your exam

   HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR CAP-ESSENTIALS EXAM

1.  Login using your INFORMS username and password 
   1. Need to Reset your INFORMS password
2. Go to Applications/My Applications 
3. Click the Apply Now button 
4. Select the CAP-Expert Exam Application 
5. Once purchased you have 12-month eligibility to schedule and take your CAP-Essentials exam
6. To schedule your CAP-Essentials exam go to Exams/My Exams from the left-hand menu
7. Click on Schedule
